Job Responsibilities: ·         Act as the sole HR partner, working closely with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational development and people-related matters. ·         Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and screening to selection, onboarding and employee integration. ·         Develop and implement effective talent assessment and hiring strategies to attract and identify high-calibre candidates. ·         Lead performance management, learning and development, employee engagement and retention initiatives. ·         Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices and workplace matters. ·         Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with company policies and Singapore employment legislation. ·         Manage accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. ·         Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider and manage MOM Employment Pass applications, renewals and related employment matters. ·         Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through LinkedIn and other digital platforms to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market. ·         Champion company values and support the development of a high-performance, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 7 years of relevant experience ·       Able tostart immediately or within short notice
