-NEW- Case Manager, High Net Worth (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Support the sales team in business development and execution of sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. ·       Manage the end-to-end New Business process, from application submission and underwriting coordination through to policy issuance and documentation. ·       Liaise with insurers on new business applications, ensuring timely submission, follow-up and resolution of application requirements. ·       Review and maintain accurate application and policy documentation, ensuring completeness and adherence to operational procedures. ·       Handle administrative arrangements for new leads, including medical examinations, logistics, insurance forms, policy contract packages and client reimbursements. ·       Possess knowledge of life insurance products, particularly IUL and VUL policies, with the ability to read and understand policy illustrations. ·       Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, clients and insurers, and provide timely follow-up. ·       Maintain familiarity with banking credit procedures and insurance products/services to support smooth application processing. ·       Participatein internal and external training programmes to strengthen product and industry knowledge. ·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 4 year of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
