-NEW- Accountant, Full Sets (Asset Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and month-end closing.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, payment planning and daily cash management activities.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash records in line with approved budgets and internal controls.
• Review invoices and quotations, identify discrepancies and liaise with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial schedules and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, banks and other external stakeholders on accounting and finance matters.
• Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 3years of relevant accounting duties
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
