-NEW- 8 Months Reconciliation Operations Analyst (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Perform daily reconciliation and monitoring of exchange and central clearing house margin calls, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies. ·       Reconcile collateral movements, margin balances, and related transactions to maintain data accuracy and operational integrity. ·       Partner with Finance to validate monthly adjustments and resolve reconciliation breaks across exchanges, brokers, clearing houses, and affiliates. ·       Investigate, analyze, and resolve reconciliation exceptions, escalating issues promptly to minimize operational and financial risk. ·       Maintain accurate reconciliation records, operational metrics, and management reporting to support productivity tracking and control monitoring. ·       Identify reconciliation inefficiencies and drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimization. ·       Ensure all reconciliation activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and established operating procedures. ·       Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process enhancements and regulatory changes. ·       Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders across regional and global teams to support reconciliations, change initiatives, and operational excellence. ·       Work independently while contributing effectively within a team to deliver accurate and timely reconciliation outcomes. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 5years of relevant banking experience ·       Experience with futures will be an added advantage ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
