-NEW- 12 Months Programme Management Consultant, Implementation (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Support the design and rollout of the Card Authorization Target Operating Model across four regional markets (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam). ·       Assist in documenting the target state, governance framework, implementation approach, and overall program progress. ·       Manage weekly implementation cadence with market stakeholders, tracking progress against key deliverables and timelines. ·       Coordinate internal briefings and training sessions to support implementation and stakeholder readiness. ·       Conduct and manage market readiness assessments to ensure key implementation requirements are met. ·       Consolidate inputs from regional markets and coordinate quarterly cadence updates and management reporting. ·       Track implementation progress, issues, risks, dependencies, and action items; prepare regular updates for management. ·       Support portfolio lending initiatives and other ad hoc strategic projects as required. ·       Lead program orchestration and cross-functional coordination for large-scale, multi-phase fraud technology programs, including proof-of-concept and full-scale implementations. ·       Oversee fraud technology deployments covering onboarding, configuration, model tuning, testing, and go-live support, working closely with delivery project managers and relevant stakeholders. ·       Own end-to-end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and delivery cadence. ·       Act as the primary coordination and escalation point for stakeholders, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and effective follow-up on queries and issues. ·       Establish a structured engagement rhythm throughout the program lifecycle, from high-touch implementation support through to post-implementation optimization. ·       Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, standards, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 5 year of relevant experience    ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
