-NEW- 12 Months Presentation & Graphics Specialist (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Design and produce high-quality presentations across various formats, including conceptual and layout designs, data visualizations, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, photo editing and video editing. ·       Transform existing slides and presentations into polished, visually engaging and professional materials. ·       Support the production of pitch books and marketing collateral using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. ·       Work closely with Project Coordinators and Creative Directors to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that meet client requirements. ·       Engage with senior-level clients to understand briefs, concepts and objectives, and translate them into effective visual presentations. ·       Adapt designs and presentation styles according to different client requirements, purposes and brand guidelines. ·       Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, style guidelines and client briefs, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. ·       Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·       Proactively contribute creative ideas, design solutions and emerging visual trends aligned with business objectives. ·       Coordinate closely with presentation and design teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent quality of deliverables. ·       Engage clients to obtain detailed specifications and work briefs, accurately document requirements and communicate them to global design teams where required. ·       Maintain clear records of client instructions and provide comprehensive briefs to designers to ensure expectations are understood and delivered accurately. ·       Escalate client or operational issues promptly and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to resolve them. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
