-NEW- 12 Months Payroll Analyst (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Analyse and validate payroll results across multiple countries using reports, macros, and technology-enabled tools. ·       Conduct post-payroll audits, reporting, and metrics tracking to identify and resolve processing errors. ·       Review and improve payroll processes to drive standardization, efficiency, and risk mitigation. ·       Establish and maintain payroll processes aligned with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. ·       Develop and maintain payroll SOPs, process maps, documentation, and training materials. ·       Manage payroll projects and change requests, tracking progress and providing updates to stakeholders. ·       Interpret payroll policies, statutory requirements, overtime, deductions, benefits, and other pay-related matters to ensure accurate processing. ·       Maintain payroll systems and oversee testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and legislative changes. ·       Coordinate payroll audits and ensure compliance with applicable government and regulatory requirements. ·       Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for payroll issues. ·       Review manual payroll adjustments and ensure accurate and timely processing. ·       Ensure payroll and employee data are handled securely in accordance with confidentiality and data protection requirements. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll project/migration experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
