We are partnering with a leading technology-focused organization to hire a Lead AI Engineer who will drive the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions for large-scale, mission-critical applications.

Your tasks

The successful candidate will design, build, and optimize production-grade AI/ML systems, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, and multimodal AI solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI applications, improve model performance, implement responsible AI safeguards, and translate business requirements into impactful AI products.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of software and AI engineering experience, with a proven track record of deploying AI applications into production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, APIs, containerization, and cloud/on-premises deployments.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, model optimization, monitoring, and AI application scalability.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in highly regulated, security-sensitive, or mission-critical environments will be advantageous.
