Join the Trade Finance Operations team and support end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions across Singapore and Hong Kong. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Trade Finance, Letters of Credit (LC), Documentary Credits, Trade Operations, Banking Operations, or candidates with basic trade finance knowledge who are keen to build a career in Transaction Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Import & Export LC transactions, amendments, payments, and trade documentation.
- Handle Documentary Credits, Bills Processing, and Trade Guarantees.
- Perform AML/KYC screening and compliance checks.
- Prepare SWIFT messages and customer advisories.
- Ensure timely, accurate processing of trade finance transactions.
- Support operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Finance, LC Operations, Banking Operations, or related functions preferred.
- Knowledge of Import/Export LC, Documentary Credits, Bills Processing, or Trade Operations.
- Familiarity with SWIFT, AML/KYC, UCP600, or ICC Rules is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
