HNW Case Manager – Life Insurance

We are partnering with a leading life insurer in Singapore to hire an experienced HNW Case Manager to join its Underwriting team.

This role will take ownership of complex HNW new business cases, managing the end-to-end application journey and working closely with Underwriters, Sales and Operations teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end New Business journey for HNW insurance applications, from submission through underwriting to policy issuance.
• Take ownership of assigned cases and proactively drive progress, ensuring timely execution and a seamless client experience.
• Partner closely with Underwriting, Sales, Operations and Regulatory teams to resolve outstanding requirements and case bottlenecks.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and proactive case updates.
• Manage complex and high-value cases while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and service standards.
• Monitor case progress and identify opportunities to improve workflows, turnaround time and overall service quality.
• Support and mentor junior team members where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within life insurance or financial services, ideally in HNW case management, new business, underwriting support or client servicing.
• Good understanding of life insurance underwriting and New Business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently manage complex cases and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional insurance qualifications such as LOMA / FLMI would be advantageous.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI would be beneficial.
