Drive student recruitment and enrolment by following up on leads, tracking consumer behaviour and buying decisions, and monitoring competitors, industry trends and government initiatives. Give timely qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaigns. Manage leads by keeping a current, presentable sales kit, advising prospective students and parents, following up on every enquiry per Lead Management guidelines, monitoring pipeline sufficiency, and submitting a weekly Lead & Recruitment Report. Run recruitment and awareness activities, support company and partner events, and build good relationships with new and existing students to hit recruitment targets.
