Banking Operations Associate (Contract)

• Support end-to-end operational activities, including migration work, client/account data remediation and system checks
• Perform pre- and post-migration validation, including reconciliations
• Monitor and process daily activity such as trade matching and allocation, margin calls and collateral movements
• Investigate and resolve breaks, queries and exceptions with internal teams, brokers and clients
• Support project work, including UAT, test scripts and defect follow-up
• Support SMEs on BAU activities
• Update SOPs, process notes and user guides
• Prepare MIS and status updates

Job Requirements:

• Competence with MS Excel
