The Opportunity As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships, driving business development, and supporting the growth of the private client practice. You will combine technical excellence with commercial leadership, acting as a trusted adviser to clients while helping to develop both the team and the service offering. This position offers genuine influence, visibility with senior stakeholders, and a clear route towards Partnership for an individual who demonstrates leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for building client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed business clients. Deliver complex tax planning and advisory projects across personal tax, succession planning, trusts, wealth structuring, and estate planning matters. Act as a strategic adviser and relationship lead for key clients. Identify and drive new business opportunities across the private client market. Work closely with Partners and leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop managers and senior tax professionals. Champion innovation by leveraging technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance client service delivery. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and market propositions. About You CTA, ACA, ACCA, STEP, or equivalent professional qualification. Significant experience advising private clients on complex tax matters. Strong track record of managing and developing senior client relationships. Demonstrated success in business development and winning new work. Commercially minded with strong leadership capabilities.
