  • Facilitating WIP reviews, draft bill ageing, and bill review sessions with Partners, and processing WIP write-offs where irrecoverable in line with the agreed approval matrix
  • Ensuring WIP is recorded and billed in line with client protocols, and producing ad-hoc reports and analysis on specific clients to identify lock-up issues and support Partners in reducing WIP days

  • Supporting colleagues with VAT and Solicitors' Accounts Rules queries, with an expectation to hold a more advanced working knowledge of VAT and local regulations (training available where needed)
  • Reviewing matter set-up reports and validating details against defined quality standards, and consulting with Legal Administration and Partners to capture any missing matter information
  • Ensuring compliance with billing policies and firm standards, and collaborating with the collections team on credit collection activities on an ad-hoc basis
