IT Customer Services | Technological Events - Barcelona

Do you want to be part of the main technological events in Barcelona (ISE, ICE & MWC)? We are looking for several people to provide service as IT Customer Services, offering support in one (or several) of these international fairs.

Are you interested? Keep reading! TASKS 🚀: Management of IT services for the organization of the event.

Support for the creation of budgets.

Requirement gathering and definition of deliverables.

Management of client inquiries.

Constant communication with the stakeholders of each project.

Monitoring the correct delivery of the service (quality and time) and subsequent management of incidents during the event, requesting support from the agents involved to achieve the event's objectives.

Knowledge of wireless networks.

REQUIREMENTS 🤹 : Fluent English (essential).

Knowledge of telecommunications (valuable).

For one of the available vacancies: fluent Chinese (essential).

SCHEDULE 🕘: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Availability to work weekends.

100% On-site in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Fira Barcelona).

CONDITIONS 🌱: Salary: We will discuss this during our first call.

Contract subject to the duration of the event: ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) : from October 2026 to February 2027.

ICE (International Casino Exhibition) : from November 2026 to March 2027.

MWC (Mobile World Congress) : from November 2026 to March 2027.
