[Affirmative Vacancy for PWD] Product Manager

Your tasks

We are looking for a person to work in digital product management, connecting user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities to develop solutions that simplify journeys and support the evolution of a digital platform. You will work in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business areas, participating in the discovery of opportunities, prioritization, and delivery of functionalities, as well as monitoring their results.

Responsibilities and assignments Identify opportunities for product evolution based on data, user feedback, and business needs. Translate problems into requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for the involved teams. Build and prioritize the backlog, considering impact, effort, dependencies, and product objectives. Collaborate with Engineering and Design in defining solutions, evaluating user experience, technical feasibility, and business value. Monitor the development and launch of functionalities, aligning scope, deadlines, and expectations with stakeholders. Manage dependencies between teams and functionalities that serve different journeys and needs. Define and monitor adoption, usage, and performance indicators to guide decisions and improvements. Communicate priorities, progress, results, and risks clearly, including in English.

Requirements

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education. Experience in digital product management, working with multidisciplinary software development teams. Advanced English, with the ability to conduct meetings, present proposals, and produce documentation in the language. Experience with discovery, backlog prioritization, and monitoring deliveries. Ability to structure problems and transform business and user needs into solutions and requirements. Familiarity with data analysis and indicators to support product decisions. Skill to align priorities and manage expectations with different stakeholders. Knowledge of agile methodologies and the digital product development cycle.
