You will be responsible for the calculation, consolidation, disclosure, and monitoring of the main performance indicators of the Comércio Exterior area, ensuring visibility of operational and financial results for the different stakeholders of the organization.
Monitor logistics and financial KPIs related to operations in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Paraguay, identifying trends, deviations, opportunities, and risks to support decision-making.
More than just executing routines, the proposal is to develop someone with good analytical capacity, process vision, and initiative to identify opportunities, organize information, monitor indicators, and support improvements that generate real impact on the operation.
Location: CSC Ambev - Jaguariúna, SP. Modality: Today we are hybrid (3x2), with a high probability of working in person in the near future. Schedule: Mon to Thu from 8am to 6pm and Fri from 8am to 5pm

Strategic analyses and decision support Conduct in-depth analyses on operational, financial, and performance themes, acting as a reference for the area in generating insights and recommendations based on data. Transform large volumes of information into structured analyses, supporting strategic discussions, identification of opportunities, and resolution of complex problems.
Data governance, automation, and management tools Ensure the maintenance, update, and reliability of the databases used by the area, ensuring the quality and integrity of information. Administer and update dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring the availability of information for monitoring the operation. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of analysis and reporting processes, using tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and digital solutions.
Interface with partner areas and demand management Act transversally with the Comércio Exterior, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholder areas, supporting investigations, analyses, and problem-solving. Act as a reference for the consolidation of information and guidance of discussions related to the performance of the operation.
Reporting routine and area rites Prepare executive materials, management reports, and presentations for weekly and monthly meetings, consolidating indicators, analyses, risks, opportunities, and action plans.
Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory Requirements Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, database processing, Power Query, and automations. Intermediate/advanced Spanish, with the ability to conduct frequent meetings and interactions with South American teams. Intermediate English. Experience with SAP. Strong analytical capacity and experience with the manipulation and interpretation of large volumes of data. Experience with Power BI and construction of management dashboards.
Differentials Knowledge in Python and VBA for automation and data processing. Knowledge in Comércio Exterior and international operations. Experience with logistics, financial, or Supply Chain indicators. Knowledge in data modeling and Business Intelligence tools.

Critical sense and skill to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Organization and discipline for managing multiple demands and indicators simultaneously. Good communication for interaction with different areas and hierarchical levels. Proactivity and ownership sense in conducting analyses and solving problems.
