Responsibilities and assignments

• Manage the Order to Cash (OTC) process for customers in the Canada region, ensuring the correct execution of accounts receivable activities.
• Perform payment postings, application of receipts, and analysis of unapplied cash.
• Monitor and analyze overdue balances, acting together with customers and internal areas for resolution.
• Investigate and handle deductions, disputes, and payment differences, ensuring correct resolution and accounting.
• Maintain contact with customers and internal areas (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Master Data) to resolve pending issues and improve processes.
• Monitor area KPIs, such as aging, overdue, unapplied cash, bad debt, etc.
• Ensure quality and compliance in financial processes, following internal policies and company controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Support financial closing activities (month-end) related to accounts receivable.
• Prepare and share reports and analyses for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education
• Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
• Analytical capacity for investigation and resolution of discrepancies
• Good communication and relationship skills with internal areas and customers

Differentials

• Previous experience with OTC / Accounts Receivable processes in an international environment
• Knowledge of SAP or other financial ERPs
• Experience with aging analysis, overdue balances, and collections management
• Experience with deductions, dispute management, or cash application
• Experience in a shared services center (SSC) environment
• Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools
