CSC Jaguariúna - Operational Manager Control Tower BVI

Area of Operation: The vacancy is part of the Control Tower, the Operational Excellence area of NAZ Finance (Ambev/AB InBev), responsible for bridging the gap between global financial strategy and the operation of the OTC, ATR, FP&A, and BPC fronts. The position will have a specific focus on ATR (Account to Report) and the consolidated management of the "Management & Accounting" tower.

Current context of the area and role: The Control Tower is undergoing a period of professionalization and restructuring: the area is dividing into two towers, Management & Accounting and Transformation, to gain operational precision. This position assumes the management of the Management & Accounting tower, reporting directly to the Control Tower leadership and coordinating a team that currently covers SOX/MICs, ATR, STAR, and reporting via Power BI.

Role/Mission of the Position: Lead the Management & Accounting tower within the Control Tower, ensuring quality and compliance in ATR processes, accounting closing, account reconciliation, and internal controls, while developing and managing the team responsible for these deliveries. The central mission is to ensure that the area operates with accounting and controllership rigor, while simultaneously contributing to the broader vision of operational excellence of the Control Tower.

Main Challenges: Ensure compliance of internal controls in an environment of targets and frequent changes in control scope. Act in constant interface with the Transformation tower, ensuring that process mapping and automations are aligned with real compliance and closing needs. Technical mastery of ATR and management.

Responsibilities and assignments Responsibilities and Assignments:

• Manage the Management & Accounting tower team, ensuring the development and autonomy of its members
• Ensure the quality of the accounting closing (MEC) and account reconciliations (Account Reconciliation) within the ATR Perfect Close standards
• Coordinate internal control governance (SOX/MICs), including monitoring quarterly targets and investigating variations
• Monitor and report ATR and FSI (Financial Sustainability Index) KPIs at the management level
• Act as the point of contact for the Management tower with the Transformation tower, validating automation priorities based on process mapping
• Represent the area in discussions with internal and global stakeholders regarding control performance and financial closing
• Support the structuring of the KPI management model by frequency (daily, weekly) within the team

Requirements and qualifications Mandatory Requirements

• Completed Higher Education in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields
• Solid experience in accounting, controllership, or ATR (accounting closing, account reconciliation)
• Previous experience in people management/team leadership
• Fluent English (working with operations in the USA and Canada)
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance processes (SOX or similar)

Desired Experiences:

• Experience in a Shared Services or Financial Center of Excellence environment
• Familiarity with SAP and BI tools (Power BI)
• Experience with managing financial performance indicators (KPIs)
• Exposure to transformation projects or financial process automation
• Experience in multinational companies with cross-border operations
