Let's go together?!Responsibilities and attributionsMonitor, analyze, and report performance indicators (KPIs) of the operation.Identify opportunities for improvement, productivity, efficiency, and quality.Conduct data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.Lead or support transformation and continuous improvement projects.Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions.Develop executive presentations and follow-up materials for leadership.Act in partnership with business and technology areas for the implementation of strategic initiatives.Promote the use of digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence to generate value to the business.Monitor results, benefits, risks, and schedules of the projects under your responsibility.Requirements and qualificationsCompleted higher education.Experience in indicator analysis, performance management, and monitoring of results.Knowledge in project management and agile methodologies.Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, or similar).Knowledge in programming languages for analysis, automation, or data processing (Python, SQL, R, or similar).Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation applications.Experience in building dashboards and data visualization.Excel and Power BI.Advanced English.Intermediate or advanced Spanish.Excellent analytical capacity, communication, and stakeholder management.Additional informationAt Ambev, we offer a complete benefits package designed for you and also for your dependents.
