🎯 Area of Operation Represent the People area in the investigation of reports, ensuring impartiality, integrity of evidence, and guarantee of minimum requirements for the investigated employee. The role assumes the stages that require independence from local leadership — especially in cases where the manager themselves is involved, conducting the collection of evidence, participating in hearings, and formalizing the terms of awareness.

📌 Current context of the area and position Acting in People & Management/People Business Services, with a focus on Compliance. Daily partnership with Compliance in investigations and participation in in-person and remote hearings. [Understanding the] area's moment, priorities, macro strategies, what is occurring and what will occur.

🤝 Role/Mission of the Position Identify and escalate risks throughout the investigation (conflict of interest, retaliation, undue exposure). Support the standardization of the process and the evolution of communication kits and guidance materials for leadership.

🚀 Main Challenges Lead the formalization of the term of awareness, conducting the digital signature (DocuSign) and ensuring complete traceability. Ensure that the case documentation is intact, digitally archived, and capable of sustaining any eventual legal developments.

Responsibilities and assignments Responsibilities and Assignments Acting in People & Management/People Business Services, in partnership with Compliance, in the investigation of reports, ensuring impartiality, integrity of evidence, and respect for process requirements; Conducting investigations, in-person and remote hearings, identification and escalation of risks, as well as the formalization of terms of awareness via DocuSign and ensuring the traceability and integrity of documentation for eventual legal developments; Support also for the standardization of processes, materials, and guidance for leadership; At Ambev, we value protagonism, active listening, collaboration, and simplicity to transform challenges into opportunities, generating real impact and learning together.

Requirements and qualifications Mandatory Requirements Completed Higher Education in Law, Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas; Basic/intermediate English or Spanish.

Desired Experiences Knowledge of the Code of Conduct, integrity policies, and handling of conflicts of interest; Investigative interview techniques and evidence collection; Preparation of minutes, terms, and investigation reports; Digital signature platforms (DocuSign) and document management; Whistleblowing channel platforms; Certification in corporate investigation, compliance (CPC-A, CCEP) or LGPD;

Skills Active listening and impartiality in conducting interviews; Emotional maturity and balance under pressure; Consistent formal writing for reports, minutes, and terms; High ethical standard and absolute secrecy; Independence of judgment regarding leadership.
