We are looking for a Mid-level professional to act in the governance, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Downstream flow on a global scale, using Azure DevOps and corporate indicator dashboards as central platforms.

Working remotely in a transversal structure (Chapter Cross), you will be responsible for ensuring the discipline of the standard process, the reliability of flow data, and for providing mechanisms, visibility, and tools that allow teams to achieve predictability in their international deliveries.

Responsibilities and assignments

This position combines the monitoring of Downstream operational discipline with the promotion of data-driven improvements. The routine requires skill in stakeholder management, acting in the alignment of work plans, facilitation in the construction and monitoring of action plans resulting from deviations, as well as the systematic monitoring of flow performance beacons.

We are looking for someone who already uses and has built practical solutions based on Generative AI and automations in their daily work to optimize governance routines and accelerate flow analyses.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience with workflow management (Kanban/Delivery), systemic agility, and operational governance in technology environments;
• Experience with Azure DevOps (management of process rules, queries, workflows, traceability of Delivery Flow work items, and data quality governance);
• Daily application and analysis of official flow metrics (System Lead Time, Cycle Time Downstream, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP Aging, Blocker Metrics);
• Experience in providing mechanisms, views, and monitoring that support teams in the pursuit of greater delivery predictability;
• Experience in tactical stakeholder management: alignment of delivery plans, conducting action plans to address bottlenecks, and visual management of indicators and performance beacons;
• Application and monitoring of working agreements such as Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), Block Management, and categorization of sustain effort (Sustain Capacity);
• Experience in building and using simple Artificial Intelligence solutions or automations (e.g., creating scripts, using OpenAI Codex, AI assistants, or workflow automations) applied to optimize your own routines and analyses;
• Advanced English (for daily operation in global contexts and meetings).

Desirable:

• Knowledge with practical application of the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) for the gradual evolution of flow efficiency;
• Certifications in flow management and agility methods (e.g., KMM, KCP, or equivalents).
