Some key figures: Central laboratory of more than 1,400 m² (94)* 12 people in the kitchen* 4 catering boutiques* About forty employees in total PRODUCTION MANAGER M/F*** The position, a real challenge: Reporting to the management, you will take charge of global production and play a key role in the organization and performance of the laboratory. Your main missions: Stock management: purchasing, ordering, supplier relations* Development and monitoring of production schedules* Supervision and management of the kitchen brigade* Organization and optimization of kitchen operations* Ensuring compliance with technical sheets (80% already in place)* Quality control of productions* Volume management and ability to perform in high-flow environments The profile sought: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager, with significant experience in catering and accustomed to managing large volumes. Organized and structured, you know how to plan production from A to Z. Comfortable in demanding environments, you master your stress and manage the brigade with rigor and kindness. Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and a good level of English are essential to succeed in this position.
