SAAS Associate

Responsibilities: Communicating with potential and existing customers via email, chat, and calls Reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the product experience Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records Supporting customers' onboarding and answering product questions Conducting or assisting with product demos and client meetings Learning new tools, workflows, and tasks as business demands change

Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and client interaction Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Comfortable working in a startup/SaaS environment where priorities shift
