Electrical System Supervisor (MEP Foreman)

1. Supervise electrical, sanitary, and air conditioning systems of project works with quality and within the scheduled time.
2. Able to plan system works, financial plans, and material usage plans.
3. Summarize increase-decrease work quantities and prepare reports.
4. Analyze problems and provide consultation to other departments in both technical and service aspects.
5. Able to perform quantity takeoff and estimation for system works well.
6. Control QS costs as well as supervise the construction of electrical, sanitary, and air conditioning systems to meet the specified targets.
7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Qualifications: Male, age 28-35 years (completed military service) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields Able to create Shop drawing very well (Important) Able to perform quantity takeoff, clear drawings, calculate drawings, and estimate system work prices (Important) Able to use computers: Ms-office, Auto-CAD, Internet, and others well (Important) Able to use English for E-mail correspondence very well If able to work upcountry and work night shifts, can drive and has a driver's license High leadership qualities, able to solve immediate problems, and work under pressure Good health, no alcohol or drug use, and no criminal record
