Restaurant Server

The restaurant AMARA is looking for a person passionate about service, gastronomy, and wine to join our dining room team.

As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring quality service, advising our customers on our products, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will actively participate in the daily management of the dining room, the promotion of wines, and the overall satisfaction of our clientele. What you will do:

• Warmly welcome customers and offer them personalized service;
• Advise customers on our various wine selections, sharing your expertise;
• Ensure the setup and attractive presentation of wines in the dining room;
• Manage orders, table service, and wine replenishment;
• Maintain a clean, organized space in compliance with hygiene standards;
• Participate in the organization of events or tastings to enrich the customer experience;
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth and efficient service.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in the restaurant or customer service sector, ideally in a similar environment;
• Proficiency in English to communicate with an international clientele;
• Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and proactive attitude;
• Ability to work effectively in a team within a dynamic environment;
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of wines, tasting techniques, or certification in oenology;
• Previous experience in a restaurant or wine establishment;
• Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
