Sales Operation Circle Lead (Dept. Head)
The Sales Operation Circle Lead (Dept. Head) is responsible for ensuring that all sales operational activities run effectively, in a structured manner, compliant, and scalable. This is achieved by strengthening Sales Governance, Sales Processes, People Operations, System & Data Management, as well as tracking overall sales performance.
Responsibilities : Manpower & Training Support: Drive manpower planning, hiring/onboarding/offboarding execution, training delivery, and training material development.
Sales Governance & SOPs: Define, implement, and enforce SOPs, operational workflows, and internal sales controls in alignment with corporate governance standards.
Sales Performance & Cost Control: Monitor offline and online channel performance and expenditures against established targets and cost guardrails.
Sales Operations & Enablement: Manage lead assignment, lead distribution, utilization, and sales attribution in collaboration with Analytics & Business teams, alongside supporting offline sales operational needs.
Quality Control: Safeguard the quality of sales execution and processes through systematic monitoring, targeted sampling, and corrective action plans.
System & Process Management: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PIC) for system requirements, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Data, Incentives & Reporting: Maintain high data integrity for performance metrics, costs, incentive payouts, and executive reporting to serve as the organization's Single Source of Truth.
Requirements : Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, Business Process Management, or Sales Governance, with a proven track record of managing a team.
Leadership & Core Skills: Strong stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, advanced analytical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Prior professional experience within Banking, Fintech, or Consumer Lending sectors.
Hands-on experience leading organizational transformation or continuous process improvement projects.
