Operations Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting directly to management, you will intervene in all of the company's activities.

Internal Organization and Structuring: You will progressively take charge of process improvement, coordination, and organizational structuring topics, in direct link with the manager.

Business Development: Depending on your profile, you will participate in client meetings, perform demonstrations, and contribute to the development of new projects.

Logistics and Preparation: Stock organization, receipt of goods, order preparation and shipping, quality control, supply monitoring.

Preparation and Configuration of Vending Machines: Preparation before delivery, installation of payment terminals, IT configuration, functional testing.

Installation at Client Sites: Delivery and on-site installation, commissioning, user training, occasional travel within France.

Operations and Client Follow-up: Occasional restocking, first-level technical interventions, monitoring client requests, internal coordination.

Experience in operational coordination, logistics, installation, project management, or sales is appreciated, but not essential.
