Industrialization Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
Reporting to the Industrial Director, your role: to drive the industrialization of new products, from project definition to production launch, by translating an aesthetic intention into a reliable, reproducible, and economically controlled product, without ever distorting the initial project. Your missions: Collect and translate requests from creative, commercial, and industrial teams into technical specifications. Define the stages, means, costs, and schedules for each development, and coordinate testing, prototypes, tooling, and pre-series. Manage the development of molds, tooling, and printing tools (notably screen printing) necessary for manufacturing. Establish, validate, and update the estimated cost price for each new product, in connection with all relevant departments. Compare obtained cost prices against set objectives, explain variances, and propose necessary adaptations without degrading the product. Organize pre-series, prepare the industrialization transition review, and transmit a complete file to the production teams. Act occasionally as a technical referent for clients on custom projects, in connection with the commercial teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methods (reliability of schedules, cost prices, reduction of unnecessary testing). The position involves a regular presence in the workshops and strong cross-functional collaboration in project mode, in an environment balancing industrial requirements and the creative requirements specific to the luxury sector.
Profile Description:
With an engineering background (materials, industrial design, methods) or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in product development and industrialization. You master the constitution and analysis of cost prices, as well as manufacturing and industrialization constraints. You are comfortable working with creative, technical, commercial, and financial teams, and know how to clearly explain industrial constraints without hindering creative research. Rigorous, technically curious, and sensitive to both the product and the creation, you enjoy field work as much as project management. Professional English is required.
