Supply Chain Director (M/F)

Job Description:

Member of the management committee reporting to the CEO. Your mission will be to ensure the proper management of all flows and to guarantee an optimal stock level. In this capacity, your missions are as follows: Design and drive the supply chain strategy from both a strategic and operational point of view; Be the guarantor of the proper management of purchasing and procurement for the French site; Coordinate all physical flows of the company, particularly the proper management of the warehouse; Define and drive various improvement operations and the implementation of digital tools (ERP, WMS, AI); Manage a team of about fifteen employees distributed across logistics, procurement, and purchasing.

Profile Description:

With a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) specializing in supply chain or logistics, you have at least five years of experience in supply chain team management.

Familiar with methodologies applied in SMEs, you know how to be proactive to guarantee the profitability of the company.

You speak English fluently; daily exchanges are to be expected with the company's various partners, particularly in Asia.

Familiar with IT and digital tools, you are able to manage the integration and deployment of advanced technological tools.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your leadership, your SME mindset, your ability to help your employees grow, and your negotiation skills. Permanent contract (CDI)
