*What You'll Do:*

• Welcome clients warmly and help set the tone for a relaxing visit
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and care
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and schedule coordination
• Process payments, retail purchases, and gift certificates with accuracy
• Support daily spa operations?keep common areas tidy, stocked, and serene
• Assist with retail displays and inventory management
• Be a friendly, informed point of contact for questions about our services, products, and team

*Qualifications:*

• *Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service, *preferably spa or wellness experience
• Familiarity with booking software is a plus (training provided)

• Availability for daytime, evenings, and weekends as needed
