Your Tasks:

• Support of corporate customers regarding account management, payment transactions, and contract management
• Accompanying the entire customer lifecycle including onboarding, account opening, and KYC
• Ensuring regulatory requirements (Compliance & Tax)
• Processing customer inquiries as well as administration of accounts and investments
• Documentation of customer-related information in SAP CX incl. archiving
• Processing of account and system openings as well as ERP and product changes
• Target-group-oriented preparation of complex topics
• Management of account overdrafts within the framework of daily disposition

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in business administration or banking-related or technical training
• Professional experience in the banking environment or in technical customer support
• Ideally knowledge in the area of banking products as well as understanding of the real estate industry and ERP systems
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
