On behalf of a successfully operating trading company based in Hamburg, we are looking for you, as a committed and reliable

Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

within the framework of temporary employment.

Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a small accounting team
• Responsibility for the proper execution of accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Execution of VAT advance notifications
• Competent contact person for auditors and subsidiaries

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on finance or accounting, or a successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Initial experience in leading employees
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Proficient knowledge in using the MS Office package, especially Excel
• User knowledge in handling common ERP-Systemen
• Very good analytical skills and high motivation
• Independent and structured way of working
