Your Tasks:

• Independent conduct of purchasing negotiations with suppliers
• Taking responsibility for defined product groups
• Continuous development and adaptation of our assortment as well as the supplier structure
• Organization and follow-up of negotiation processes
• Management of prices and conditions
• Observation and analysis of the market
• Completion of general operational as well as administrative activities

Your Profile:

• Planning and follow-up of negotiation processes
• Control of pricing and condition management
• Market observation as well as market analyses
• Execution of diverse operational and administrative tasks
• Commercial training with additional qualification in the field of purchasing
• Several years of experience in food purchasing, preferably in the field of contract catering
• Sound knowledge of the respective procurement markets, their structures and most important market players
• High negotiation skills and confident closing ability
