As part of a recruitment process for an internationally growing industrial company, we are looking for a Business Controller (m/f/d) for a newly emerging production site on the North Sea coast. Your Tasks:

• Preparation and further development of budgets, forecasts, and liquidity planning
• Responsibility for investment and cost controlling during the establishment phase
• Analysis of production, material, and overhead costs
• Execution of target-actual comparisons as well as profitability analyses
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Development and implementation of KPI, reporting, and controlling structures
• Execution of Business Cases and investment calculations
• Preparation and support of internal as well as external audits
• Collaboration with production, technology, purchasing, and international Finance teams
• Preparation of management reports in German and English

Your Profile:

• Completed degree with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
• Several years of professional experience in the controlling of a manufacturing company
• Experience in production or plant controlling
• Very good knowledge of cost accounting and investment analyses
• Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB, IFRS is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems and Excel
• Business fluent English skills
• Analytical and proactive way of working
