Product Technical Specialist – CUTTING (M/F)

Location: Tremblay-en-France (Paris Nord 2 / Near Roissy) Contract: CDI – Full-time (Forfait jours) Remuneration: €46K to €50K Gross annual (Fixed + Variable)

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a cutting solutions expert to strengthen our technical support. Reporting to the Product Technical Group Manager, you will hold a pivotal interface role between our technical services, production plants, and the field. Your expertise guarantees the performance of our machines and the skill development of our teams.

YOUR MISSIONS

Expertise & Support: Provide technical hotline support and intervene on-site to assist maintenance technicians (France and Export) for complex troubleshooting.

Factory Liaison: Analyze and report technical issues to the factories (Amada Europe & Amada Co) and update technical data.

Training: Create educational materials and train technicians and agents on new technologies and machines.

Installation & Prerequisites: Manage the installation of showroom machines and define the technical prerequisites for new equipment.

Information: Develop and distribute technical information sheets to maintenance networks.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a field technician passionate about technology, equipped with excellent interpersonal skills. Education: Bac+2 (Electrotechnics, Maintenance, Automatics).

Experience: 5 to 10 years in similar roles in After-Sales Service, ideally in the machine tool sector.

Technical Skills: Mastery of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and IT environments (Windows/Network).

Soft Skills: Pedagogy, telephone ease, autonomy, and team spirit.

Languages & Mobility: Technical English is indispensable and a valid Permis B.

Mobility: Travel is to be expected throughout France and internationally (up to 60% of intervention time), which may include overnight stays away from home. For this reason, residency near the headquarters (Tremblay-en-France) is required.
