Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

To execute and support Compensation & Benefits activities, including payroll, salaries, incentives, allowances, benefits, salary reviews, and employee compensation programs.

The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, internal equity, market competitiveness, compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and providing accurate analysis and reports to support HR and business decisions.

2-5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.

Experience in payroll preparation and reviewing salaries, incentives, allowances, and benefits.

Experience in salary structure management and salary benchmarking.

Experience in compensation analysis and labor cost reporting.

Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.

Experience in a large organization or FMCG environment is preferred.
