Project & Facility Engineer
We are looking for a Project & Facility Engineer to join our Projects & Maintenance Department and ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and development of our factory’s facility and utility systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, water systems, pumps, compressed air systems, boilers, fire systems, and facility infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems, including LV panels, MDBs, MCCs, distribution systems, generators, and factory electrical equipment.
Ensure the continuous, safe, and reliable operation of all facility and utility systems across the factory.
Support CAPEX projects, including installation, design, commissioning, upgrades, modifications, and factory expansions.
Coordinate and manage contractors while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and performance requirements.
Lead and supervise technicians, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Prepare, implement, and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Identify facility and utility issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility, utilities, maintenance, and/or project engineering.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory, with the ability to read, review, and modify engineering drawings and layouts.
