AM & Sons Construction is a leading concrete finishing company based in Regina, SK. We specialize in high-quality concrete work, including residential and commercial projects. Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch craftsmanship. We are looking for another skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher to join our team!

Some typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces
• Operate hand and power tools such as power trowels, screeds, and bullfloats
• Apply sealants, stains, and other finishes as required (broom, exposed aggregate, power trowel, stamp)
• Cut expansion joints and install control joints in concrete
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
• Assist in set up and formwork, base-work and rebar for driveways, sidewalks, garages, detached pads, etc.
• Work safely and follow company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience finishing concrete
• MUST HAVE POWER TROWEL EXPERIENCE of 5 years
• Must be confident in finishing and familiar with various finishing techniques and tools
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and work in various weather conditions
• License: Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
