1. Respond to customer chats through online channels (e.g., Facebook, Line OA, Instagram, TikTok)
2. Provide accurate and clear service information
3. Listen to complaints and assist with initial problem-solving
4. Create satisfaction and build good relationships with customers
5. Handle after-sales service, such as Follow Up
6. Respond to chats and provide accurate and polite beauty service information to customers
7. Close sales with customers online
8. Make appointments and coordinate bookings, follow up, and take care of customers after receiving services to create satisfaction

Requirements

1. Female, age 21-35 years old
2. Education: High School (M.6) or higher
3. At least 1-2 years of experience
4. Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
5. Able to communicate in English at a Good to Very Good level
