QUALITY CONTROL CHEMIST

Perform physicochemical analyses of raw materials, in-process and finished products based on approved analytical procedures and ensure compliance to cGMP standards and Good Laboratory Practices. Prepare and accomplish lab worksheets and related records of samples tested based on the lead time. Prepare the necessary reagents, standardize volumetric solutions and keep records of reference standard and other chemicals used for analysis in accordance to good laboratory practices. Ensure that all analyses and equipment used are logged and recorded according to good documentation practices or lab policy. Ensure that laboratory equipment is operated, verified, and maintained according to the approved procedure. Participate in laboratory investigations involving out-of-specifications and data trending. Assist in the review and update of specification and analytical procedure of analysis.
