The position:
As part of the development of its activity around artificial intelligence, this fast-growing consulting firm is looking for a Generative AI Tech Lead to support its clients in the design and industrialization of innovative solutions based on the latest AI technologies. You will work on high-impact projects, from the definition of architectures to production deployment, while supporting a technical team.
Your missions:
- Design and lead robust and scalable AI and Data solution architectures.
- Provide technical supervision to a team of AI engineers, Data Scientists, or Data Engineers.
- Develop and industrialize generative AI solutions.
- Participate in technical choices and development best practices.
- Support projects from experimentation to production deployment.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet client challenges.
- Ensure technological monitoring of innovations related to generative AI and language models.
Profile sought:
Profile sought:
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent training.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in the fields of Data and/or Artificial Intelligence.
- You have imperatively worked in a consulting environment (consulting firm or ESN).
- You possess solid technical expertise acquired as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer before evolving into a Tech Lead role.
- You have already led or supervised a small technical team.
- You are proficient in English in a professional context.

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agentic architectures (Agentic AI)
- Machine Learning
- Industrialization and orchestration of AI pipelines
