The position:
Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you will take charge of the site's quality approach. In this context, your missions will be:
- Drive the quality policy and ensure the compliance of the site's products.
- Lead the quality system in a continuous improvement approach.
- Guarantee the success of client audits and regulatory certifications (HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.)
- Develop the quality and food safety culture among the teams.
- Coordinate the quality team (3 people)
Profile sought:
Your profile: Ideally with specialized training such as an engineer or master's degree, you primarily demonstrate solid experience of at least 10 years, ideally acquired in a demanding industrial environment (pharmaceutical, chemical, agri-food, etc.). Your mastery of English, both spoken and written, is necessary for this position (minimum B2), in order to lead audits with international partners.
