Sales Administration Lead (M/F)

The position:
Within a subsidiary of the group, you will take Responsibility for a Sales Administration (ADV) department consisting of 5 people. You will be in charge of several client files with international interlocutors, which requires a good level of English. In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
- Ensure the proper execution of operations and exchanges with a 3PL in order to guarantee a high level of service to customers,
- Ensure that your team performs complete monitoring of customer deliveries and knows how to adapt to unforeseen events by reviewing priorities,
- Ensure the processing of credit notes and disputes by your team in order to be able to validate them on a daily basis,
- Update and communicate holiday schedules to customers,
- At the end of each month, control the re-invoicing of additional services (Additions, Troubleshooting, ?),
- Implement actions and monitoring for the top/flop customers of your department who have identified recurring malfunctions, with the aim of improving service quality,
- Supervise the execution of operations outside the standard process (special operations, push flows...),
- Ensure the preparation of Customer COPILs and participate in weekly meetings with the Contract Manager,
- Contribute occasionally, depending on activity, to the processing of customer orders.

Profile sought:
You have a first experience in an equivalent position. You have managerial experience. You have a sense of priorities and urgent matters to handle. You are proactive. You have a true sense of customer satisfaction. You are comfortable in English. You master Excel and ideally an ERP (type SAP).
