Replenishment Planner (M/F)

Company specializing in the import and distribution of high-end food products.

The position:

Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, you will ensure product availability while optimizing stock levels.

In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:

• Analyze replenishment needs based on sales forecasts and stock levels.
• Place orders with foreign suppliers and ensure follow-up until delivery.
• Monitor replenishment lead times and follow up with suppliers if necessary.
• Anticipate risks of stockouts or overstock and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor performance indicators (service level, stock coverage, turnover, etc.).
• Update data in the ERP (items, lead times, purchasing conditions...).
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Quality departments.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of replenishment processes.
• Handle disputes related to orders and deliveries in connection with suppliers.

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or Management
• Experienced profile in a similar position, ideally 5 years, in the agri-food or distribution sector
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools
• Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical ability
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Operational English
