CNC Lathe Operator (Fanuc) / Robotic Welding Operator (Motoman MAG) — Finland

About the company

Description ALVASAR OÜ / Svarga Work is recruiting experienced CNC lathe operators and robotic welding operators for long-term work at a major hydraulic cylinder manufacturer in Muurame, Finland.

Your tasks

• Operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Perform complete machine setups independently.
• Independently write and modify Fanuc programs.
• Read technical drawings.
• Check the quality and dimensional accuracy of machined components.

• Operate Motoman robotic welding systems.
• Carry out robotic MAG welding.
• Set up equipment and monitor the welding process.
• Inspect the quality of welded joints.

Requirements

• At least five years of CNC lathe experience.
• Independent Fanuc programming skills are essential.
• Experience performing complete machine setups.
• Conversational English or Finnish.

• Experience in robotic welding.
• Knowledge of the MAG welding process.
• Experience with Motoman robots is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Finnish or English.

Working conditions

• Pay from €16 per hour gross, depending on experience, professional skills and language proficiency.
• Free accommodation provided by the employer.
• Two- or three-shift schedule.
• Up to 50 working hours per week, including paid overtime.
