Executive Housekeeper

At Álvarez Argüelles Hoteles, we are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping area of a new luxury boutique hotel in San Telmo.

Your tasks

Main responsibilities

• Lead the organization and implementation of the Housekeeping department, establishing procedures and operating standards.

• Supervise the cleaning, presentation, and maintenance of rooms and public areas.

• Coordinate, train, and develop the work team, ensuring an efficient operation oriented toward excellence.

• Manage inventories of linen, amenities, supplies, and equipment.

• Control the sector's budget, optimizing costs and resources.

• Coordinate actions with Reception, Maintenance, and other areas to guarantee an excellent experience for guests.

• Implement quality controls and continuous improvement actions.

• Promote sustainable practices in the use of supplies and resources.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with solid experience in high-end hospitality, leadership capacity, and a strong orientation to detail, who wants to take on the challenge of participating in the opening and implementation of the area, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and service.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Housekeeper in luxury hotels (mandatory).

• Verifiable experience in leadership and management of Housekeeping teams.

• Experience in hotel openings, highly valued.

• Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and quality control tools.

• Intermediate/advanced English.

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management (desirable).
