Your tasks

• Textile Quality Inspector Main functions: Perform detailed inspection of seams, finishes, material consistency, and general assembly on the production line. Validate the conformity of the finished product (stuffed animals) according to technical specifications and internal quality regulations. Detect deviations in processes and timely apply corrective and preventive actions to avoid shrinkage. Manage the registration of shift quality indicators (rejects, rework, incidents). Ensure the control of critical materials through traceability management and support in the qualification and auditing of suppliers.
• Requirements: Bachelor's or Eng. in: Textile, Industrial, Production, or related areas. 2 years or more of experience in the same or similar position. Handling of measurement tools and inspection equipment (calipers, tension meters, rulers, and color comparators). Experience in product traceability management and critical material control. Knowledge of process and system auditing techniques. Enjoyment of constant presence on the production lines. English - intermediate level. We offer: Salary $15,000 to $17,000 gross monthly. Statutory benefits - 100% contribution to IMSS. PTU (Profits). Direct hiring by the company. + Grocery vouchers $1,200 monthly. Growth opportunities within the company. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am - 04:00 pm. Work zone: Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México. Availability to cover one Saturday shift per month.
