Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for managing project costs and commercial activities within the Engineering Department. Duties include preparing BOQs and cost estimates, quantity take-offs, reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, evaluating quotations, monitoring project costs, managing variations and claims, preparing progress valuations, and supporting procurement and contract administration.

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with relevant engineering/construction experience and strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, BOQs, and Excel.
