HR Manager

Alunaut Egypt is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, support organizational growth, and ensure the implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and employee development initiatives. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage the full recruitment cycle and workforce planning activities.

Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.

Develop and monitor performance management systems.

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.

Manage compensation, benefits, and employee records.

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analyses for management.

Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in organizational development and training programs is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

HR certifications are a plus.
